Registration Process
To register, visit the Registration Portal. The portal will only accept credit cards. Please contact andrew_mara-williams@med.unc.edu if you have any issues registering.
Registration rates
The table below shows registration prices. Super Early Bird pricing ends Feb 9, Early Bird pricing ends Feb 29, and Regular pricing is available from Mar 1 to April 5. Please plan to register at least a week before the conference so we have time to finalize the catering order.

financial assistance
We have limited funds to support registration, flights, and lodging for those would not otherwise be able to attend the conference. Scholarship applications closed February 28th.

In addition, we are requesting that this event be fragrance-free. If you cannot comply entirely with this access need, please prioritize avoiding perfume or cologne, essential oils, or any strongly-scented personal care products.
